About the Role

As Neomir continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Country Sales Director for Switzerland to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role is more than just a regular Sales Job – you become part of an enterpreneurial leadership team that will market Neomir's core technology and contribute to Neomir's growth strategy.

Your area of responsbility:

  1. Growing Software and Consulting Business in Switzerland

  2. Proactively contribute to the overall company business development

  3. Ensure customer-satisfaction

  4. Collaborate with Marketing and other Neomir business functions

Neomir prioritizes customer satisfaction. Therefore, you are as much responsible for growing sales, as for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education*

  • University degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science or related fields

  • OR comparable professional experience


Must-Have

  • 5 years of experience in Software Sales in an SAP or Salesforce environment

  • 10 years cross-industry business experience and a resulting network in Switzerland

  • Due to your high customer-oriented ways of working and your resulting reputation, your business contacts see you as a trusted partner

  • Solid understanding of Data Management and ERP or CRM software

  • A positive, problem-solving attitude, capable of proposing innovative solutions and thinking outside the box

  • A proactive approach, taking initiative and ownership of projects and tasks

  • Passion for working in a startup environment, valuing innovation, agility, and a hands-on approach

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written


Nice-to-Have

  • Communication skills in French

  • Experience in Data Quality Management / Data Cleansing
